Technical Program Manager

• Work with teams across the organization to understand pain points in infrastructure usage and create cross-domain solutions.
• Define and produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation.
• Execute technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering-level knowledge.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other TPMs to define, scope, and drive large programs.
• Shape technical design, predict roadblocks, and identify trade-offs.
• Develop and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs.
• Elevate execution muscle of engineering teams and train them in delivery.
• Influence stakeholders and build consensus amid ambiguity.
• Leverage data for strategic decisions at engineering leadership level.
• Create widely circulated plans for consistency and alignment.
• Operationalize cross-functional programs for Core Infrastructure (Compute, Networking, Database, Services).

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related field, with at least 5 years post-bachelor progressive experience.
• 8 years experience in: Distributed Systems; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); Program management during all phases of software development; Driving process improvements across multiple teams; Leading large-scale efforts.
• 6 years experience in core infrastructure including database, cloud compute, networking, and services.
• 4 years experience in SQL.
• 3 years experience in Data Analysis; Cloud Infrastructure; and Developer Productivity or Developer Experience.

Salary: $174,637.00 - $260,200.00/Yr. Additional benefits may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

40 hrs/week. 100% telecommuting permitted. Multiple positions available.
