About the Role: We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive scaling and core efficiency programs for the API stack, working at the intersection of the API and the infrastructure it runs on (compute, databases, networking, and inference). You will connect isolated workstreams into a coherent roadmap, make cross-org dependencies visible, and create clarity on decision ownership.
Responsibilities
- Drive scaling and core efficiency programs for the API stack from architectural direction through execution.
- Run multiple large programs simultaneously across infrastructure, networking, and the API layer.
- Act as connective tissue between API, infrastructure, database, networking, and inference teams.
- Establish decision-making clarity and surface risks, progress, and trade-offs to engineering leadership.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience with API platforms, distributed systems, and core infrastructure programs.
- Experience driving scaling, performance, or efficiency programs for high-volume production systems.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence without authority.
Compensation: Annual salary range: $365,000—$435,000 USD.
