Datadog's in-house product experts, the Technical Solutions team, enables worldwide growth by educating clients and ensuring customer success. Premier Support Engineers (PSEs) focus on assisting prospects and customers with technical questions, engaging via standard support channels, cadence calls, demos, conferences, and side projects. This role works directly with Datadog's Premier Customer base in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client requests (phone/chat/tickets) and educate clients on platform use
- Develop relationships with Premier Customers, understanding their distinct environments
- Reproduce issues and dive into 600+ integrations
- Build documentation and knowledge-based articles
- Drive product conversations based on client needs
- Participate in routine health check meetings
- Work from a Datadog office 3-5 days per week
Who You Are
- Experienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company (2+ years)
- Programming experience and basic Linux knowledge
- Self-motivated, detail-attentive, continuous learner
- Critical thinker with client-centric approach
- Decision maker who knows when to escalate
- Prior Premium/Enterprise technical support experience
- Knowledgeable of infrastructure and monitoring solutions
- Able to work rotating schedule with weekend availability
