The Customer Experience (CX) Organization supports clients running AI workloads at scale, working across data centers, hardware, and customer workloads.
As a Technical Support Engineer - III (Cloud), you will be on the front lines of supporting Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure. You will mentor team members, provide real-time feedback, develop training, investigate and resolve customer issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, design troubleshooting best practices, serve as an escalation point, and lead knowledge-sharing resources. This role includes shift work, on-call rotations, and occasional after-hours/holiday coverage.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 5+ years in cloud support or systems administration, hands-on Kubernetes experience, experience with networking, load balancing, storage, observability, node management, HPC, and Linux administration, mentoring ability, experience with observability tools like Grafana, strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred: CKA certification, training/coaching experience, and ability to work in a global 24/7 environment.
The base salary range is $122,000 to $163,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance (100% paid), life insurance, short/long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, mental wellness benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO, and catered lunch.
