You’ll lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and deeply embedded in how Cresta delivers value at scale.

• Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
• Strong project management skills paired with a consultative, customer-first mindset
• Comfort working with technical concepts, data, and analytics
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans

Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Equity
