AI GTM Specialist

Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D. Scientists use Benchling to design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents and models directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists trust Benchling, from academic labs to Sanofi, Moderna, and more than half of the world's top 50 biopharma.

Benchling is launching a new AI offering called 'Decision Support'. You'll be the first hire dedicated to bringing it to market. You'll have direct ownership of outbound sales pitch and demo, and will influence the GTM motion end to end. The role may expand into other AI GTM areas.

• Run outbound to customer directors and VPs for new AI offerings.
• Deliver initial product demos to prospects and lead workshops.
• Iterate on messaging and build sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks) as we learn what lands.
• Act as the internal early adopter for new AI GTM motions, testing, refining, and rolling them out to the broader field team.

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role: sales, solutions consulting, or similar.
• Comfort presenting to executives and running a room.
• Bias toward action in ambiguity; this SKU and this role are both being built in real time.

Salary range: $112.2K – $151.8K. Offers equity.

Flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
