Analytics Lead, Full Stack

The Merchant Pricing team analyzes and structures deal economics to drive sustainable growth. This role supports international expansion, defining pricing strategy, driving go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, define pricing strategy, structure new platform deals, and perform economic analyses.
• Leverage industry research and proprietary data to assess market sizing and product-market fit.
• Draw insights from performance data, design and test pricing constructs to optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor, experiment, and iterate on international market pricing and offerings.

• 6+ years in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, deal desk).
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Snowflake, Sigma, and scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• Curiosity and bias toward leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• High attention to detail with strategic business context.

Base pay range: $185,000 - $245,000 (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT); $164,000 - $224,000 (all other U.S. states). Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
