About the Role
We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to evolve and elevate the Elastic brand. You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team that transforms complex technology into clear, engaging experiences for technical audiences.
This role blends creative strategy with operational excellence. You will drive our creative vision while growing Elastic’s brand awareness, positioning us as a forward-thinking leader in the industry. You'll inspire high-impact work, build scalable creative systems, and ensure our brand remains consistent while continuously evolving to compete in the AI era.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and video creatives.
- Set a strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications.
- Provide artistic direction and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Raise the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the Elastic brand.
- Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for developers, practitioners, and enterprise buyers.
- Review and provide clear feedback on all creative materials to ensure they meet Elastic’s standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Build efficient creative processes that help the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, executives, and agencies to deliver strategic creative.
- Champion experimentation, AI-powered workflows, and modern creative practices.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables
What You'll Bring
