About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to turn business priorities and consumer insight into campaigns that shift perception and drive measurable demand. You'll own campaign strategy from brief through launch and retros, aligning partners, sharpening priorities, and ensuring every expression builds a more distinctive, trusted and effective Affirm brand.
What You'll Do
- Own campaign strategy and architecture for priority brand and partner moments, including co-marketing projects with key merchants and ongoing merchant and promotional campaigns.
- Translate business goals, audience insight, and brand strategy into briefs and recommendations.
- Drive early strategic thinking and lead brief development for partner campaigns, shaping how Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Paid, and Comms work together.
- Set campaign GTM strategy and investment priorities across brand and partner moments.
- Build a learning culture, defining what's working across campaigns and turning it into reusable frameworks.
- Own brand measurement and reporting in partnership with paid and analyst functions.
What We Look For
- 8-10 years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a closely related discipline, with experience managing full campaigns from strategy to launch.
- Natural creative thinker and problem solver, able to partner and get strong creative out of a team.
- Track record of building brand awareness, equity, and differentiation through data and consumer insight.
- Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed marketing organization.
- Uses data to develop and articulate a clear point of view.
- Bonus: Experience with extending campaigns to global markets, and working in fintech, financial services, or another trust-sensitive category.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Grade - L, Equity Grade - 6. Base pay ranges: $165,000 - $225,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT; $146,000 - $206,000 per year for all other U.S. states.
