Candidate Experience Coordinator, Contract

MongoDB is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our Early Talent Recruiting team. This role focuses on interview scheduling and candidate experience, with opportunities to work on projects with the Recruiting Team.

• Partner with recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Own candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to manage candidate progression
• Arrange travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates
• Greet candidates and ensure on-site interviews run smoothly
• Assist with operational tasks like job requisition creation, offer letter generation, and background checks
• Support the Recruiting team with ad-hoc projects

• At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern
• Experience scheduling interviews and/or calendaring
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple people at any given time
• Creative and process-driven mindset
• People-oriented and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous
• Flexibility to attend to urgent candidate matters outside of working hours

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $62,400—$62,400 USD.
