Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, you will be a force multiplier for Asana's product leadership team. This role helps the CPO run a high-functioning organization by translating priorities into an effective operating rhythm, keeping Product, Engineering, and Design aligned, and driving key forums, communications, and strategic work. You will own the cadence and connective tissue around the Office of the CPO: leadership meetings, board and planning materials, internal communications, cross-functional follow-through, and special projects. The role is especially important as the CPO's org now includes StackAI, Ecosystem Partnerships, and Data Science.

Responsibilities include running the core operating rhythm for the Office of the CPO, driving high-quality preparation and follow-through for leadership meetings, building executive-ready materials for board discussions and planning, leading R&D All Hands program management and CPO exec communications, planning leadership offsites, translating company OKRs into R&D input, acting as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, and Design, improving customer meeting routing, and leading special projects.

Qualifications: Strong track record in product (PM, design, UX), product marketing, operations, or similar role in a fast-moving technology environment; experience supporting senior product or R&D leaders; exceptional written and verbal communication; strong meeting design and follow-through; excellent cross-functional judgment; strong strategic problem-solving; high EQ and discretion; bias for action; curiosity about AI tools.

Compensation: Base salary range $234,000 - $275,000, plus equity and benefits.
