Senior, Business Risk & AI Automation

We're seeking a Senior, Business Risk and AI Automation to build an AI-first internal audit and risk function, leveraging agentic AI to transform SOX testing and impact cross-functional areas including core financial processes and platform regulatory risks.

• Architect and scale the SOX compliance program with AI-driven testing.
• Test core business process controls (financial reporting, revenue recognition, payroll, equity compensation) using agentic AI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, People & Culture, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Champion AI and automation in risk management.

• 2-4 years in Big 4 accounting, internal audit, or compliance.
• Experience with internal controls and SOX testing in technology, preferably platform companies.
• Technology-first thinker, proactive and creative problem-solver.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiastic learner, thrives in fast-paced environments.

• CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP preferred.
• Controls testing experience: business process, entity-level, application controls, key reports.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompting (Google AI suite, ChatGPT, specialized AI audit tools).
• Critical thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
