Client Account Manager, Enterprise Sales, Fixed-Term Contract (8 months)

Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager to drive a book of business with key advertising partners. You will act as a trusted consultant, providing strategic advice, sales skills, and coaching to bring the platform's value to life.

• Build and nurture relationships with partners, proactively reaching out regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy) to meet objectives.
• Turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights; own the 'how' conversation on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement.
• Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, ensure optimal campaign setup, interpret results, and troubleshoot.
• Drive results, optimize campaigns, deliver performance updates, and course-correct to meet agreed metrics.
• Present complex solutions clearly, handle objections professionally, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Stay fluent on product roadmap and features, and pitch new performance products at scale.

• Digital advertising sales experience managing high-value relationships and owning client communication.
• Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations; expert in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
• Strong communication skills; team player in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization and analytical problem solving.
• Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Base salary range: €73,664.50—€128,912.70 EUR. Eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Benefits information available on Pinterest's culture page.
