Compensation Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically sound Compensation Lead to own the end-to-end management of our compensation systems. You will ensure systems like Radford (survey reporting) and Pave (cycle management) support Affirm's policies, procedures, and employees.

• Manage end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
• Develop and participate in annual compensation studies, including auditing roles, leading benchmarking survey submission/review, and evaluating updates to cash and equity compensation structures.
• Conduct special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses, including incentive compensation, equity programs, and pay equity analyses.
• Own the pay reporting process for various geographies.
• Assist with compensation training and communications.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation management systems (preference for Pave).
• Passion for working with data and an analytical mindset using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude Code.
• Attention to detail, strong responsibility, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Compensation: CAN base pay range per year: $112,000 - $172,000. Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the range. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.
