Twilio is a remote-first communications platform that empowers developers and businesses. The IT Internal Auditor will support the SOX program and operational internal audits, reporting to the IT Audit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead testing of key IT general controls (ITGCs) including user provisioning, access deprovisioning, quarterly access reviews, and change management.
- Assess and test IT application controls within critical business applications.
- Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and control exceptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on audit scope and facilitate remediation.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Data Science, or related; 2+ years in IT audit, SOX compliance, or internal controls testing; understanding of SOX, COSO, and risk assessment; excellent project management and communication skills.
Desired: Experience with ERP systems, Okta, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce; professional certification (CISA, CIA); data analytics experience.
Location
Remote based in Canada. Approximately 5% travel.
Compensation
CAD $68,160 - $85,200, with 10% target bonus.
