In this role, you will be a key advisor to Affirm’s sales, partnerships, and merchant success teams. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing global commercial agreements; collaborating with cross-functional teams; leading process improvement projects; training internal partners; managing legal issues in existing relationships; and building templates for revenue-generating agreements.

Qualifications include a JD from an accredited school, current bar membership in at least one U.S. state, 5+ years of complex commercial drafting and negotiation experience, and experience drafting and negotiating data privacy terms, including CCPA, GLBA, and GDPR contract terms. Strong project management, communication, and adaptability skills are required.

Compensation: USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $185,000 - $245,000; USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $164,000 - $224,000.
