Corporate Account Executive, DACH

Asana is entering a new era of work where AI agents collaborate alongside people. As a Corporate Account Executive, you will help DACH organizations solve work management challenges and guide them toward a future where teams and AI agents work together. This role is based in Munich with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

• Lead with discovery to uncover hidden friction and coordination failures.
• Surface real pain and map stakeholder motivations from frontline teams to the C-suite.
• Drive customer outcomes and expand account revenue within your book.
• Engage executive and IT stakeholders for organization-wide deployment.
• Design and execute quarterly territory strategy.
• Articulate Asana's Agentic Work Management platform value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.

• Consultative seller with a structured, repeatable sales process (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger).
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Proven ability to build your own pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder corporate or enterprise sales cycles.
• High emotional intelligence and curiosity about AI tools.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: €150,000 – €190,000, including a base salary range of €82,500 – €104,500 and performance-based sales incentive pay.
