About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team to drive AI adoption across the Financial Services segment. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for FSI, you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex customers in Banking, Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, and Data Providers, helping them harness Claude capabilities including Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.
Responsibilities
- Build trusting, strategic relationships with key customer decision makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
- Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise, guiding customers to the right solutions.
- Drive usage planning, monitor usage patterns, and address underutilization across consumption-based and seat-based products.
- Serve as a thought partner, socializing the product roadmap and engaging Product PMs.
- Document and quantify customer value through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics.
- Identify new use cases and lines of business, partnering with Sales.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development.
- Own the customer experience across the lifecycle, managing account and success plans, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for the Industry portfolio.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience working with enterprises in Financial Services.
- Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs.
- Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
- Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based business models.
- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Cross-functional collaborator.
- Passion for AI and interest in responsible development.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $200,000—$265,000 USD (OTE range for sales roles, including commissions/bonuses and base salary).
Logistics
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Location-based hybrid policy: all staff expected in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.
