About the Role

The Treasury Accounting team is responsible for accurate accounting, reporting, and control for treasury-related activities, including debt, OEM and vendor financing, derivatives, and hedging. As the Treasury Accounting Manager, you will operationalize accounting for the growing derivatives and hedging portfolio, including interest rate swaps, FX forwards, cross-currency swaps, and power hedges. You will report to the Director of Treasury Accounting with a dotted-line to the Senior Manager, and partner with Treasury, Energy Management, and other teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and operational execution for derivative and hedging transactions.
  • Coordinate with Treasury to ensure new transactions are incorporated into accounting and close processes.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain hedge designation documentation and perform hedge effectiveness assessments under ASC 815.
  • Reconcile derivative valuations and cash activity to third-party and Treasury records.
  • Support SOX controls and audit requests.
  • Prepare schedules and disclosures for 10-Q and 10-K filings.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and quarterly deliverable packages with Treasury.
  • Champion AI initiatives and support ERP transition.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA and master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; experience with ASC 815 preferred.
  • Background in public accounting (Big Four preferred) or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience supporting SOX controls and audits.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $127,000 - $168,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits (based on eligibility).
