About the role
Lyft is seeking an experienced Procurement Center of Excellence Manager to join the Global Supply Chain Team, enabling procurement best practices through process standardization and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Supply Management and cross-functional stakeholders to embed procurement standards into tooling and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology and best practices.
- Operationalize policies through smart automation and intuitive workflow design.
- Lead training and change management for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for procurement workflows and best practices.
- Implement supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and KPIs.
- Lead development of procurement workflows, leveraging AI and automation.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion through sourcing expertise.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field typically required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) advantageous.
- Experience with procurement technology platforms (e.g., Oracle, Zip), advanced analytics tools, and Google Workspace.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Expected base pay range in San Francisco area: $98,000 - $122,500, not inclusive of potential equity, bonus, or benefits. Work Arrangement
Hybrid role: in-office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Flexibility to work from anywhere up to 4 weeks per year.
