About the Role
The Customer Value Architect owns adoption and value plans for a book of accounts, connecting Mixpanel investment to measurable outcomes. This role partners with Account Executives and renewal teams, leads enablement sessions, monitors usage, and builds AI maturity perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Own value plans and adoption for each account.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Run discovery and create adoption plans.
- Partner with Account Executive and renewal counterparts.
- Lead enablement on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
- Monitor usage and lead business reviews.
- Identify underused features and recommend improvements.
- Triage product questions and route issues.
- Develop AI maturity point of view and use Mixpanel's AI surface.
- Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years in customer success, consulting, or related B2B SaaS experience.
- Track record managing relationships across stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience turning product usage into ROI stories.
- Comfort building adoption plans.
- Hands-on AI or agentic tooling experience (e.g., MCP workflows, LLM copilots).
- Collaborative approach.
- Good judgment for prioritization.
Compensation
Total target cash compensation range: $125,500—$169,500 USD, plus equity and benefits.
