Data Analytics Partner, People Analytics

Dropbox is a leading cloud storage and collaboration company. The People Analytics team partners with leaders to make data-informed decisions about talent. This role focuses on analyzing hiring data to improve recruiting strategy and candidate experience.

• Partner on analytics initiatives to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor core Talent Acquisition metrics and uncover trends.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate business questions into analyses.
• Answer complex business questions through data forensics using the data warehouse.
• Uphold data quality standards and contribute to shared toolkits.
• Apply product management and design thinking to employee experience.

• BA/BS in analytical field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering).
• 3+ years in HR-focused analytics, with 1+ year in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition insights.
• Fluency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with R or Python.
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and drive projects end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools.
• Product management and design thinking proficiency.

Compensation: $104,600—$141,500 CAD.
