Delivery Solutions Architect - Financial Services

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth of the Databricks platform. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role: you will drive growth in assigned customers, build executive relationships, and become the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. You will report directly to a DSA Manager within the Field Engineering organization.

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritized customers
• Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within our most strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customers across multiple selling teams
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status of agreed use cases
• Leverage Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services and Support resources
• Create, own and execute a point-of-view on how key use cases can be accelerated into production, coordinating with Professional Services
• Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations, private previews and upgrade needs
• Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams, including enablement, product adoption, organic needs, and executive/operational governance
• Provide internal and external KPI reporting on usage and customer health

• 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project/program delivery within Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
• Technical program/project management including account, stakeholder and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing delivery of complex programs
• Track record of overachievement against quota or similar objective targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Can travel up to 30% when needed

Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD. Total compensation may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
