Databricks is the Data and AI company, offering a unified platform for data and AI apps. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform, ensure customer success, and act as the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
  • Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers.
  • Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, and Support resources.
  • Create and execute plans to accelerate use cases into production.
  • Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for innovations and upgrades.
  • Develop execution plans covering customer-facing technical roles.
  • Provide KPI reporting on usage and customer health.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting experience.
  • Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
  • Technical program/project management with account and stakeholder accountability.
  • Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
  • Experience with discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and business analysis.
  • Track record of overachievement against quota or goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Compensation: $180,000—$247,500 USD, plus annual performance bonus and equity.
