Influences cross-functionally across Training Ops, Curriculum and Certification, and field GTM.

Skills & experience
Demonstrated depth in data, analytics, and AI and the Databricks platform (Databricks certification preferred). Workforce and capacity planning balancing employed and partner instructor workforces against forecasted demand by skilling area, language, and location. Data fluency using utilization, instructor quality scoring, CSAT, and coverage data. Multiple years of people-leadership directly managing technical instructors including a global, multi-region team; experience across the full training lifecycle; a track record building and scaling instructor capacity across employed and partner/contract workforces. May occasionally support selling the training offering to customers.
