Anthropic is an AI safety company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We are seeking a Director, Global Order-to-Cash Transformation to lead the end-to-end redesign of our order-to-cash function, spanning order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the vision, roadmap, and execution of global O2C transformation.
  • Design scalable, controlled processes and standardize O2C globally.
  • Deploy AI and automation for exception handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Drive alignment across Finance, Go-to-Market, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Engineering.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading operational transformations in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or finance operations at high-growth SaaS/technology companies.
  • Expert understanding of process design, cross-functional project management, and scaling systems, including using AI for automation.
  • Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday Financials, Zuora).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation

Annual salary: $230,000—$300,000 USD.
