This Director IT, Internal Audit role is central to building a best-in-class Internal Audit function from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Director will own end-to-end IT audit delivery, build the function's technology capability, and set strategic priorities.

  • Apply independent audit judgment, calibrate scope to actual risk exposure, and ensure rigorous root cause analysis and well-evidenced conclusions.
  • Apply risk and control frameworks with sound judgment and translate findings into clear, actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use hands-on expertise with cloud and data platforms including AWS, GCP, Datadog, and Okta to assess controls and design practical solutions.
  • Develop a high-performing audit team through structured coaching, clear expectations, and tailored development plans.
  • Integrate AI risk and governance considerations (GenAI, agentic AI model risk, bias, transparency, data privacy) into the audit approach.
  • Adopt AI-enabled tools and data analytics to expand coverage and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and administer the Workiva platform, anchoring the first-time build of a risk-based Internal Audit operating model aligned to IIA Standards.
  • Build productive relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, ERM, Compliance, IT, Engineering, and Security.

  • Track record of delivering risk-based audits in a fast-paced, agile technology environment.
