Role
As an Enterprise Client Sales Executive, you'll own a portfolio of high-value accounts within Brex's Enterprise segment. You'll drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion through strategic influence and consultative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by increasing card adoption and expanding use of Brex's Spend Management suite.
- Drive long-term retention by understanding client health and business needs.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities by analyzing account performance.
- Lead renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end.
- Build executive-level relationships and multi-thread across stakeholders.
- Operate with ownership and accountability for revenue and retention outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product.
- Maintain rigorous sales discipline with pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and account planning.
- Solve complex problems and convert threats into opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts with complex deal cycles.
- Consistent record of exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated mastery of renewal and expansion cycles.
- Track record of driving net revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and adoption.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, rewards, or credit risk management.
- Experience selling financial operations platforms.
- Recognition as a top performer.
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes.
Compensation
The expected OTE range is $253,120 - $316,400. The starting wage depends on factors including location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
Location
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. Hybrid environment requiring three days per week in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work is available as a perk.
