Enterprise Customer Success Manager - East

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will proactively drive new product attachment and build strong relationships across our largest and most strategic customers.

• Act as a strategic partner, orchestrating cross-functional teams and engaging executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain executive relationships to deliver outcome-driven value stories.
• Lead QBRs and strategic reviews to demonstrate impact and align on priorities.
• Analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify value and drive commercial recommendations.
• Position Datadog as a critical observability platform.
• Own and project manage the onboarding process for new customers.
• Collaborate with AEs, SEs, TAM, Product, Support, and Enablement teams.

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Able to manage a wide portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Experience with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail, able to cater to CTO, VP of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
• Experienced in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
