Enterprise Implementation Consultant

The Enterprise Customer Success team advises and guides Samsara's largest customers, ensuring adoption and business value. In this role, you will be part of the Implementation team, responsible for helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship, manage deployment, create launch plans, track implementation progress, run training sessions, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

Minimum requirements: 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role; Enterprise SaaS experience preferred; experience supporting technical products; strong problem-solving and project management skills; excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations; proven track record of building trust with executives and day-to-day users; Bachelor's degree; travel up to 25%.
