Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact Global Cash & Treasury Operations Manager to scale our global treasury infrastructure. You will own the day-to-day execution and long-term transformation of our global cash management and banking architecture, leveraging modern financial technology, automated workflows, and AI tools.

• Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting; oversee intercompany funding, FX settlements, and strategic investments.
• Manage in-house and external fixed income portfolios, including trading execution, yield optimization, month-end closes, SOX compliance, GAAP disclosures, and interest forecasts.
• Redesign treasury workflows and infrastructure, deploying AI, ticketing tools, ERP integrations, and automated bank connectivity.
• Draft and enforce global policies for cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits.
• Direct global banking partnerships, manage fee structures, and lead operational reviews.
• Oversee letters of credit issuance and reporting.
• Lead treasury integration for M&A and legal entity expansion; partner with AP, AR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and IT.
• Manage access, data integrity, and compliance across systems including ChathamDirect, FXAll, Money Fund Portals, Clearwater, ERP, and Treasury Data Lakes.

• 5+ years of dedicated Cash Management experience in a fast-scaling tech company or multi-entity/currency enterprise.
• Proven track record managing corporate fixed income portfolios.
• Proficiency in modern treasury infrastructure (Clearwater, ChathamDirect, FXAll, SAP/Netsuite) and hands-on experience with AI platforms (Genie One, Gemini).
• Strong partner management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Self-starter with robust documentation and accountability.
• Ability to shift between granular execution and enterprise design.

Zone 1 Pay Range: $169,100—$232,550 USD. Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
