About the Role

We are seeking a Global Operations Program Manager to drive execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and operational projects. This role manages multiple concurrent programs across international expansion, process improvement, and new market launches.

What You'll Do

  • Manage high-impact initiatives including distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and software integrations.
  • Drive logistics readiness, site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with 3PLs and brokers.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to secure documentation, product certifications, and import/export compliance approvals.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing system integrations (e.g., SFDC, CampusShip).
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships by standardizing onboarding checklists and developing vendor-facing playbooks.
  • Establish SOPs & change management by owning process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Track project KPIs, performance, and budgets, presenting status dashboards to leadership.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or international operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, with familiarity in PM methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and data management abilities.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance and international trade compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated Annual Pay Range: $120,000—$180,000 USD.
