GTM Business Operations Manager

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, a platform that enables organizations to harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. We are looking for a GTM Business Operations Manager to join our Go-to-Market Business Operations team.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights into business drivers, financial performance, and risks.
• Develop and drive high-visibility initiatives to scale performance and productivity to achieve sales growth targets.
• Analyze and diagnose sales team performance and own analytical models and sources of insights.
• Support ongoing business activities and development of executive materials.
• Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks.

Minimum requirements:

• 4-7 years of work experience in management consulting and/or as a Sales Operations / Business Operations or Financial Analyst.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Advanced decision-making, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
• Deep comfort with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Databricks).
• Experience working with executives and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Fully fluent in English.

Ideal candidate also has familiarity with the evolving AI tool environment.

Annual base salary: $106,802.50—$161,550 USD. Total rewards include performance-based bonus/variable pay, equity (for eligible roles), professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
