Anthropic is an AI safety company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We are looking for a Head of International Order-to-Cash to build and own our international order-to-cash function from Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Own the international order-to-cash flow end to end, from booked order to invoice issuance and collection.
  • Build and lead the International team, hiring three pillar leads and growing the teams.
  • Stand up the statutory compliance pillar, including e-invoicing protocols, local entity requirements, and indirect tax obligations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design quote-to-cash automation and develop operational metrics.
  • Establish controls, including segregation of duties and SOX-aligned controls.
  • Partner across Revenue Accounting, Go-to-Market, Legal, Tax, Billing Engineering, and Finance Systems.

Qualifications

  • Led an order-to-cash, billing, or revenue operations function through growth, with accountability for order and collections.
  • Managed managers and built processes from scratch.
  • Understanding of SaaS quote-to-cash across subscription and consumption-based models.
  • Experience with statutory e-invoicing regimes, local entity requirements, or indirect tax obligations across European jurisdictions.
  • Owned collections outcomes (DSO, aging, bad debt) and made credit decisions.
  • Designed controls and supported external audits.
  • Hands-on with contracting systems, billing platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Strong candidates may have ASC 606 knowledge, cloud marketplace experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), and experience standing up finance operations in new geographies.

Compensation

Annual Salary: €220,000 EUR
