Role
The Implementation Consultant I on the Commercial team supports small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get up and running on Brex. This role blends customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate customer meetings, managing agendas, notes, action items, and expectations.
- Support customers in configuring Brex to address business needs.
- Manage stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption.
- Introduce integration concepts and engage Technical Consultants for complex needs.
- Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM.
- Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or consulting.
- Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
- Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Expense Management, Travel, Procurement, or Corporate Card programs.
Compensation
The expected salary range is $91,304 - $114,130 USD. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
