Industry Manager II, Mid-Market

Pinterest is seeking an Industry Manager II to lead a team of Mid-Market sellers, driving revenue growth through Pinterest's advertising solutions. This role focuses on frontline leadership: coaching sellers, driving day-to-day execution, and helping the team meet revenue goals. It suits a newer people leader or a high-performing seller ready to step into management.

• Lead and support a team of Mid-Market sellers to achieve revenue goals and strong advertiser outcomes.
• Drive sales execution across pipeline management, account prioritization, opportunity progression, and customer engagement.
• Coach sellers on core sales fundamentals: prospecting, account planning, objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Reinforce performance expectations through regular feedback and in-the-moment coaching.
• Monitor key metrics, support forecasting, and ensure pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Strategy, Marketing, Measurement, Operations, Product) to remove blockers.
• Onboard new team members and reinforce best practices and tools.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, accountable team culture.
• Champion adoption of Pinterest's ad products and measurement capabilities.

• Experience in digital advertising, media sales, platform sales, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, revenue-driving, or book-of-business environment.
• Prior leadership experience (direct management, team lead, mentoring, or informal).
• Working knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Base salary range: $101,655–$177,739 USD. Eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Relocation assistance available.
