About the Role

As a member of the Integrations Team, you’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
  • Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process
  • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
  • Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions
  • Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
  • Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
  • Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts (e.g., bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base salary $125K – $210K (US) or CA$140K – CA$250K (Canada), plus equity, 10% bonus, and benefits including flexible PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k/RRSP matching, home office stipend, and more.
