International Tax Director

The International Tax Director will execute all aspects of international tax including compliance, transfer pricing, and planning. This role manages a team of tax professionals, collaborates with external advisors, and works closely with finance, legal, and business units to support global tax initiatives. The role is based in Austin, TX for a hybrid working model.

• Support IP and tax structure planning to maximize tax efficiency
• Direct global tax compliance
• Direct international quarterly and year-end accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)
• Direct international tax provisions for foreign statutory financials
• Execute the Company's global transfer pricing strategy and policy
• Prepare and maintain intercompany agreements and allocations
• Review tax components of customer agreements
• Review business initiatives for tax impact
• Direct corporate international tax research and interpretation
• Manage international tax audits
• Direct post-acquisition integrations
• Work with Treasury in managing cash globally
• Coordinate with outside tax consultants and contractors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong compliance and planning experience in a multi-national, multi-entity environment including BEAT, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, OECD Pillar Two, Check the Box Principles, U.S. Tax Treaty Research and Interpretation, Intellectual and Intangible Property Planning, and Transfer Pricing
• Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia
• Understanding of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
• Significant project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $129,000—$253,000 USD.
