Senior Customer Success Manager

MongoDB is a developer data platform that helps organizations build, scale, and run modern applications. The Customer Success team ensures customers realize the full potential of their investment.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will advise Enterprise (G2000) accounts on complex MongoDB journeys, drive retention and revenue realization, and mentor team members. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, manage technical environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks in complex accounts, advising on operational strategies.
• Conduct customer business reviews, analyzing technical health and risk.
• Drive account strategy, manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, and track progress against business outcomes.
• Leverage AI fluency to enhance customer engagement.
• Amplify customer voice to influence product roadmap and coordinate with Sales, Product, Services, and Support.
• Support team growth through coaching and participation in hiring.

• 7-10+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Technical Account Management).
• 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization for Enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence technical and business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent technical work experience.

Base salary range: $97,000—$190,000 USD (U.S.-based candidates).
