Lead Client Partner, Consumer Apps (tvScientific)

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner for its tvScientific division, the first CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. This role focuses on the Consumer App industry, driving revenue through client engagement and strategic account management.

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on complex deals.
• Specialize in the Consumer App industry, demonstrating deep market understanding.
• Drive revenue through client engagement and manage client relationships.
• Manage ambitious quotas and exceed sales targets.
• Spend face time with clients and prospects.
• Drive complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and vendor reviews (legal, security, procurement).
• Mentor junior professionals and collaborate with internal teams.
• Use AI tools to prioritize accounts, tailor pitch angles, and prepare for multi-stakeholder meetings.

• 8+ years in sales in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience selling to enterprise consumer app brands.
• Specialization in app verticals (Fintech, Entertainment, Music, Lifestyle, Shopping, Productivity, Travel, Social Networking).
• Deep understanding of digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, and major agencies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• AI-first sales leadership: comfortable using AI for research, pipeline strategy, and executive narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Base salary range: $101,565—$209,106 USD. Eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Additional benefits available.

Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per week. Must be in commutable distance from New York or San Francisco. US-based applicants only.
