Lead Product Marketing Manager - Novus

Role: Lead Product Marketing Manager for Novus, a new product in a new category for product engineers and application owners building AI-native software. This is a 0-to-1 role owning the narrative, positioning, demand strategy, community presence, launch moments, and early commercial outcomes end to end.

Responsibilities: Own messaging and positioning for Novus; build and run the full go-to-market plan; partner with revenue marketing on acquisition and conversion; build community presence; design PLG motion; define Novus and Pendo positioning; enable sales and partners; track metrics like activation, free-to-paid conversion, and marketing-sourced ARR.

Qualifications: 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of positioning and narrative; proven ability to drive launches; strong content instincts; active fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT; high bias to action; ability to translate technical depth; cross-functional influence; experience with PLG motions; credibility with developer audiences. Nice-to-haves include community building, technical fluency, experience in product analytics, developer tools, open source, or AI coding tools.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role to be performed in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA is $196,300 - $249,000.
