Manager Development Lead

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. The Global Field Readiness team is building the foundation for how our revenue organization learns, grows, and performs. This role is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on developing frontline sales managers and career paths for individual contributors.

• Design and own Asana's global sales manager development program, from new manager onboarding to ongoing leadership coaching.
• Build and maintain a clear career framework for all sales roles, including leveling rubrics, competency models, and progression criteria.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and build scalable solutions.
• Create and curate content such as workshops, e-learning modules, and manager guides.
• Define leading and lagging indicators for programs, including promotion rates and manager effectiveness.
• Build feedback mechanisms and partner with People Analytics and Sales Operations.
• Run manager community programs and establish program review cadence.

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, talent management, or related field.
• Demonstrated success designing management development or leadership programs at scale, ideally in global SaaS.
• Strong familiarity with career framework design, competency mapping, and job architecture.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
• Data-informed approach with cross-functional experience.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Estimated base salary range: $194,000 - $220,000. Additional components may include equity and benefits.

Based in Chicago with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
