- Build the execution operating model: milestones, RAID discipline, decision forums, escalation paths.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define outcomes, sequence workstreams, manage dependencies.
- Manage and develop a small team of TPMs.
- Provide senior leadership coverage for Quality Engineering and Client Foundations.
- Build and run integrated operating cadences across the portfolio.
- Use GenAI as the default operating model for program execution.
- Surface risks and tradeoffs proactively to senior leadership.
- Apply Pinterest's AI governance and safety-by-design standards.
Qualifications include:
- Ads infrastructure experience at scale (indexing, serving, pipeline architecture, catalog systems, or API infrastructure).
- Experience building execution systems where they didn't exist.
- Technical depth with cross-domain range.
- Senior stakeholder management at VP level.
- Execution discipline and people leadership.
- AI-first operating instincts.
- Experience translating strategy into executable multi-quarter roadmaps.
