Manager, Networking

Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era. The Manager of Networking leads global network services across all Datadog offices, ensuring high-performance Wi-Fi and direct internet access, and conference room technology. This hybrid role is based in New York City with 3 days in office per week and occasional travel.

• Lead global network engineering teams, managing FTEs and third-party vendors.
• Oversee design, deployment, and scaling of office network infrastructure including Wi-Fi (Cisco Meraki) and edge networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper).
• Define standards, policies, and processes for network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Technology, and Workplace teams.
• Develop and track operational metrics for service availability and performance.

• 5+ years leadership experience managing network engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Meraki and edge networking solutions.
• Experience with large-scale office technology projects in global enterprises (10+ offices, 7,000+ employees).
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
