Manager, Strategic Finance

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, a specialized cloud provider delivering massive-scale GPU compute for AI, VFX, rendering, and batch processing. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. The Strategic Finance team works directly with the CFO and is responsible for forecasting, planning, and materials for leadership, the Board, and public markets.

• Own key parts of the three-statement model and cash forecast, turning contracted revenue, capacity deployment, and capex plans into an actionable outlook.
• Drive planning leading up to public earnings cycles, pressure-testing assumptions and explaining changes.
• Define and track KPIs and unit economics, from contract economics to margins to capital efficiency.
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual materials for the executive team and Board.
• Support earnings preparation, guidance, and investor dialogue, and contribute to financing and rating agency work.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Business Finance, Treasury, and operating teams.

• 4+ years in finance, ideally in central or corporate FP&A at a large-scale technology company or fast-paced startup.
• Deep modeling skill: three-statement models, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Sound judgment, clear writing and presenting for senior audiences, comfort with ambiguity, and working knowledge of accounting (revenue recognition, leases, capex).

Base salary range: $127,000 to $168,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
