Market Manager

Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to join its Supply Team, focusing on the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in an assigned territory. The role involves managing professional host accounts and driving supply acquisition of high-quality inventory in top markets across the Caribbean and Central America. The Market Manager will build Airbnb's market presence as the local in-market expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate scalable, localized supply strategies.

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
• Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in assigned geography
• Maintain baseline understanding of technical integration of software partners
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences
• Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
• Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Develop deep knowledge of assigned geographic markets and local trends
• Respond to professional hosts and occasionally travel to market for in-person support
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus
• Proven track record of working a leads pipeline and book of business
• Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
• Proven experience working cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Charismatic self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Highly proficient in CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Based in Mexico and willing to travel to assigned territory (typically once per quarter)
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy

Mexico Monthly Pay Range: $60,000—$75,000 MXN. This role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
