Role Summary
As a Market Manager, you will ensure the health and expansion of hotel supply in San Diego and Palm Springs, managing hotels and acquiring high-quality inventory.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage partner relationships, surpassing quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
- Manage and optimize the long tail of hotels in the region.
- Prospect and onboard new high-quality supply.
- Educate clients on product updates and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of working a leads pipeline and book of business.
- Proficient quantitative skills and data interpretation.
- Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Location
This position is US - Remote Eligible, but the successful applicant must be based in San Diego. Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.
Compensation
Pay Range: $111,000—$123,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
