Monetization Operations Analyst

• Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations.
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users.
• Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems.
• Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering, and accounting teams to improve contract review processes.
• Partner with account managers to solve user inquiries related to onboarding, billing, and collections.
• Advocate for customers to internal stakeholders and share system feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal.
• Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related field, plus 4 years of client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales. Must also have 3 years experience in each of: tracing process impacts, payment industry, GSuite and Excel, working with large data sets, SQL, project management or consulting, data modeling, creating presentations with PowerPoint, digital workflow design, dashboard design and data visualization using Tableau, using data visualization tools including Hubble, and forecast modeling.

Base salary range: $152,069.00 - $199,200.00 per year. Sales commissions/bonuses may be additional.
