  • Advocate for partners' technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) with internal teams.
  • Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements through greater adoption of Datadog features.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to prioritize new features.
  • Help curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption.

Who You Are

  • Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
  • Demonstrable track record and passion for learning; typically 10-15 years in a customer/partner-facing technical role.
  • Self-starter with business acumen; ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Desired hands-on experience in two or more of: Observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), Dev/Scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), Config Mgmt (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Bonus: Previous experience in a technical role supporting channel partners, using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, or with root-cause analysis and debugging.
