People Operations Partner, Employee Lifecycle

CoreWeave is a specialized cloud provider delivering GPU compute for AI and machine learning, VFX and rendering, and batch processing. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025.

We are hiring an Employee Lifecycle Partner, North America to drive employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada, with deep operational ownership in the US. This role sits inside a People Operations function that runs like a product team, oriented around employee experience, systems, feedback loops, and continuous improvement. You will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations (US), and work closely with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards.

• End-to-end lifecycle operations across North America: onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and leave of absence administration across all US states and Canadian provinces in scope.
• Workday data integrity for the North America population, keeping records accurate and current.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiry handling across the region, responding directly and escalating thoughtfully.
• Own the operational partnership with Payroll on lifecycle transactions that affect pay.
• Identify workflow friction and build improvements, including automation.
• Contribute to operational readiness as CoreWeave expands its US and Canadian footprint.
• Help build lifecycle processes and compliance documentation for federal government engagements, including E-Verify workflows and recordkeeping.

• 4-8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with meaningful time in North America employment lifecycle work.
• Multi-state US experience administering lifecycle operations across all US states and Canada.
• US multi-state employment law fluency, including at-will employment, state-specific leave entitlements, termination and final pay requirements.
• Workday HCM experience with lifecycle transactions and data integrity.
• Demonstrated process improvement instincts.
• High proficiency with Google Suite and Slack.

• FedRAMP or federal contractor experience, including E-Verify enrollment and processing, personnel security documentation, and OFCCP compliance.
• Lifecycle operations experience across Canadian provinces.
• Workday business process configuration or process design experience.
• Background in a hypergrowth or AI-native company.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.

Base salary range: $115,000 to $168,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
